Policy Terms

All special orders at Caribe Home are non-cancellable and non-returnable, and require full payment at the time of purchase.

Average lead time for special orders is approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the vendor and availability.

Caribe Home will notify you as soon as your order is ready for delivery or pickup. We do not offer storage for special orders. Delivery or pickup must be arranged within 7 days of notification.

Please review all specifications and dimensions carefully before placing your order. Changes cannot be made once an order is placed.

Payment may be made by Personal Check, ACH, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card. Credit card payments exceeding $5,000 will be subject to a 2.5% credit card processing fee.
